Prior to engagement we would require a signed hard copy for our files to confirm that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING
-Your telephone or email booking will be held as a provisional booking for 10 days.
-Your booking will be confirmed in writing by letter or by email as soon as we have received your non-refundable deposit.

DEPOSIT /PAYMENT
-Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds as a deposit.
-The deposit required for each vehicle is £50.00 and is non-refundable.
-The balance of your booking must be paid in full 6 weeks before the date of the wedding.
-The company reserves the right to withdraw any booking if not paid in full.
-There is a maximum of 4 hours from arrival of our wedding cars an additional £30.00 per hour will be charged thereafter.
- Payment can be made by cash/ bank transfer/cheque contact us for further details.

NO SMOKING POLICY
-Strictly no smoking or eating in our vehicles.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES/SICKNESS/ ACCIDENT/ BREAKDOWN/ PUNCTURE
-In any event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or severe weather conditions, we accept no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences for such occurrence.
-We will however undertake whatever measures deemed necessary to complete the hiring, which may, at the company’s discretion include providing alternative vehicle/s with any make or model.
-Due to absence or sickness our lady chauffeurs may be replaced with male chauffeurs at any time.

CLEANLINESS OF VEHICLES
-We maintain our cars to the highest standards and they will be cleaned and checked over prior to leaving the premises.
-The company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. Particularly during inclement weather. Make sure you stay clear of the wheels as they may pick something up off the road on their journey due to ie tarmacing/ road works or bad weather.
-If the weather is deemed to be hazardous then an alternative vehicle may be supplied or cancelled for safety reasons.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLES
-You will be responsible for any damage caused to the company’s vehicles, however caused by you, or your guests.
-The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to carry any persons deemed, in his/her opinion, unfit to travel in the vehicle.

CANCELLATION
-We require immediate notification of cancellation of the event.
-Non refunable deposits are kept when a cancellation occurs - Your exclusive date would be fixed in our diary and any future   business would be turned away. You will be informed when date is released once cancelled.
- 50% within 8 Weeks -We require 50% of the outstanding balance if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the date of the event, then 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
-100% within 6 Weeks – We require 100% of the outstanding balance if cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the date of the event, then the 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
-We reserve the right to decide under exceptional circumstances to refund deposits and will be judged on individual circumstances.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
- We reserve the right to update our special offers. Only one offer or discount can be applied to our quotations in one time nor can they be backdated.

PHOTOGRAPHS
This is a free service any photographs taken will be given to you free of charge electronically. In order to do this we would require your permission which you can sign and agree to on our booking form and that they may also be used in any of our promotional literature or media.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-We reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
-By signing our Booking Form you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Our Booking/Enquiry Form will also have a copy of our terms and conditons on the reverse side
